The University of Pittsburgh's Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (OEDI) is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of OEDI/Civil Rights Administrative Assistant. The OEDI/Civil Rights Administrative Assistant serves as a contact for discrimination and harassment inquiries regarding anti-discrimination laws, regulations, and requirements, assists with case management, responds to inquiries and reports of discrimination and harassment, and analyzes and maintains reports, case records, and other files regarding compliance. Strong interpersonal communications with an emphasis in tracking/follow up and project management skills are essential.
Supports senior level roles in a wide variety of complex administrative and office functions as well as specialized technical support for academic or administrative departments.
Duties are primarily sedentary. Must be able to use a computer at a desk or similar workstation and travel to on-campus meetings as needed.
